Build a complete study application document checklist

Group documents into identity, academic, language and supporting categories so missing items are easier to spot.

Build a complete study application document checklist

A strong document workflow starts with categories. Keep identity documents, academic records, language evidence and supporting documents in separate folders with consistent filenames.

Academic records commonly include certificates and transcripts, while postgraduate applications may add a CV, references, research proposal or study plan. Program-specific requirements should always override a generic checklist.

Before upload, check that scans are readable, complete and correctly oriented. Record which version was uploaded so later corrections do not create confusion.

The Step 6 application flow will use this same structure so the frontend can later connect document uploads to a real backend without redesigning the experience.

Use this guide as a framework. Verified university, scholarship and policy information should replace demonstration content before launch.
